It's oh so quiet...
This place is dead... if there's no one here for me to play with, what am I supposed to do at work? Probably work. Right. That.
Simo - it turns out that the great thing about only getting 3 hours sleep is that there's just not enough time to get dishevelled. I woke up this morning and my hair and make-up were pretty much in the state they were last night... and less prep time in the AM means 20 minutes more sleep for Lisa! Huzzah! Did you get any writing done after I left, or did you crash?
I am quite tired (totally worth it - how I love to stay up late!!). Much coffee will be consumed today, methinks.
Also, I quite enjoy this quote from Guillermo del Toro on the chances of him ever directed a rom-com - "No way. Sleepless in Seattle can go f**k itself." Good man.
Edit: Oh my. I just read this over. I'm just rambling. So tired.

These Coca Cola glasses are amazing. It makes consuming the Dark Master satisfying in ways I could never dream of.

Your relationship with that particular beverage is both sweet and creepy.
What do we think of The Village? Do we like it?

Re: General Chatter
Probably my favourite Shyamalan film.
I am an M. Night lover, but in recent years his fans have divided to either the haters or the lovers. I remain a lover.

Re: General Chatter
Good. Because I loved it, but I was reading awful things about it today, and it made me doubt my judgement.
Also, happy birthday to Roger Ebert.

Re: General Chatter
Speaking of which, here's a little tidbit about The Dark Knight from Kevin Smith's blog...
"Without giving anything away, this is an epic film (and trust me: based on the sheer size and scope of the visuals and storytelling, that’s not an overstatement). It’s the “Godfather II” of comic book films and three times more earnest than “Batman Begins” (and fuck, was that an earnest film). Easily the most adult comic book film ever made. Heath Ledger didn’t so much give a performance as he disappeared completely into the role; I know I’m not the first to suggest this, but he’ll likely get at least an Oscar nod (if not the win) for Best Supporting Actor. Fucking flick’s nearly three hours long and only leaves you wanting more (in a great way). I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed by it. Nolan and crew have created something close to a masterpiece."

Re: General Chatter
Eeeeeeee~! I Can't wait for this fuckin' FILM!. Awwwwww that's a good soundtrack. I had to get Luke to read that post for me first Lease, because I was terrified it may have spoilers.
Wicked.
Wicked.
Re: General Chatter
Hey, hey - give me some credit... I know how invested you boys are in this flick. I would never deliberately spoilerize it; that would just be uncool. Would it provide me with momentary fiendish glee? Sure. But mostly it would be uncool.
